春風が村の谷間を抜け、
今年もツバメが帰ってくる季節となりました。

冬の間、静かに力を蓄えていた檜原村の森も、
薄緑色の新しい命を芽吹かせようとしています。

私たちのひのはらファクトリーもまた、
この春、大きな「再生」の時を迎えます。
2026年3月6日、「森の標本カウンター」が誕生します。

江戸の灯から、
今を生きる私たちの「余白」へ

かつて、この深い森から切り出された
炭や建材は、遠く江戸の街の暮らしを温め、
人々の生活を支え続けてきました。
それから数百年。

林業の系譜を受け継ぎ、
今を生きる私たちが大切にしたいのは、
この森で育まれてきた「良き習慣」を
次の世代へ繋ぐことです。

形は変わっても、
私たちが森から引き継ぎたいのは、
現代を生きる皆さんの心身を整える
「清らかな空気と水」、そして
深い「安らぎ」という目に見えない資源です。

お酒を売るための場所ではありません。
ここは、あなたという貴重な「資産」を観察し、

The spring breeze drifts through the valleys, marking the season for the swallows to return. After quietly gathering strength throughout the winter, the forests of Hinohara-mura are now beginning to bud with the pale green of new life.
Here at Hinohara Factory, we are preparing for a great "regeneration" this spring. On March 6th, 2026, the "Forest Specimen Counter" will be born.

From the Fires of Edo to a "Margin" for Modern Life

In the past, the charcoal and timber harvested from these deep forests warmed the homes of old Edo. Hundreds of years later, what we cherish most is passing on the "good habits" nurtured within these woods to the next generation. Though the form has changed, what we wish to draw from the forest today are the invisible resources that restore the mind and body: "pure air and water," and a deep sense of "tranquility." "A 15-minute margin for you." In the midst of a restless daily life, we continue to protect this forest as a place where you can quietly reclaim yourself.

Mothers' Hands and the Hospitality We Inherit

The source of our "Botanical Gourmet" lies in the wisdom and hospitality of the village's mothers. "Please, have some tea." "Take your time." This warm exchange, offered simply with a wish for another’s well-being, is the truest foundation for a secure life.
